Scheduled - On Thursday, 2nd May, between 01:00 and 03:00, we will be upgrading a key part of our operational infrastructure. The upgrade will take approximately 2 hours in total. During the first part of the update, all e-mails hosted at our platform and access to FTP will be unavailable. During the second part of the upgrade, the entire Shoptet platform and all its associated services (e-shops, Shoptet Pay, Shoptet API, etc.) will be temporarily unavailable. This is a part of a major upgrade of our operational infrastructure.

Vážení klienti,

ve čtvrtek 2. května mezi 01:00 a 03:00 provedeme aktualizaci klíčové části naší provozní infrastruktury. Aktualizace celkově zabere přibližně 2 hodiny. Během první části aktualizace budou nedostupné všechny e-mailové schránky hostované na naší platformě a přístup k FTP. Během druhé části aktualizace dočasně bude nedostupná celá platforma Shoptet a všechny přidružené služby (e-shopy, Shoptet Pay, Shoptet API atd.). Aktualizace je součástí významného vylepšení naší provozní infrastruktury.

Resolved - Due to a technical issue, we've registered performance issues with Shoptet Pay services between 11:03 and 11:13. As a result, some services mighthave been temporarily unavailable. The issue has been fixed.

Z důvodu technické závady jsme zaregistrovali problémy s fungováním služeb Shoptet Pay mezi 11:03 a 11:13. Některé ze služeb mohly být dočasně nedostupné. Závada byla opravena.
