On Thursday, 2nd May, between 01:00 and 03:00, we will be upgrading a key part of our operational infrastructure. The upgrade will take approximately 2 hours in total. During the first part of the update, all e-mails hosted at our platform and access to FTP will be unavailable. During the second part of the upgrade, the entire Shoptet platform and all its associated services (e-shops, Shoptet Pay, Shoptet API, etc.) will be temporarily unavailable. This is a part of a major upgrade of our operational infrastructure.

Vážení klienti,
ve čtvrtek 2. května mezi 01:00 a 03:00 provedeme aktualizaci klíčové části naší provozní infrastruktury. Aktualizace celkově zabere přibližně 2 hodiny. Během první části aktualizace budou nedostupné všechny e-mailové schránky hostované na naší platformě a přístup k FTP. Během druhé části aktualizace dočasně bude nedostupná celá platforma Shoptet a všechny přidružené služby (e-shopy, Shoptet Pay, Shoptet API atd.). Aktualizace je součástí významného vylepšení naší provozní infrastruktury.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Administration (Eshop Administration), Hosting Services (All Servers), Shopping (Eshop Frontend), Shoptet Pay (Shoptet Pay), Shoptet API (Connection to API, Third-party Add-ons, API Webhooks, API Async Jobs), and Support (Trial Registration).
