Resolved - The issue affecting the cart and checkout process on some multilingual e-shops has been resolved. The incident was caused by a new application version deployed to production at 11:03, which changed the cart behavior. The change was rolled back at 11:48, which restored the affected functionality.

Problém ovlivňující košík a objednávkový proces u některých cizojazyčných e-shopů byl vyřešen. Incident byl způsoben novou verzí aplikace nasazenou do produkce v 11:03, která upravovala chování košíku. Tato změna byla v 11:48 vrácena zpět, čímž byla funkčnost obnovena.

Degraded performance of the platform | Omezený výkon platformy

Resolved - The issue has been resolved. The platform returned to normal at 12:43 and has remained stable since then. The incident was caused by an infrastructure change in the load-balancing layer, which led to an increased error rate when processing requests. The change has been reverted and traffic has been restored to the previous stable configuration.
We are continuing to monitor the platform and will follow up with a more detailed analysis of the root cause and preventive measures.

Problém se podařilo vyřešit. Platforma se ve 12:43 vrátila do normálního provozu a od té doby zůstává stabilní. Incident byl způsoben infrastrukturní změnou v load-balancing vrstvě, která vedla ke zvýšené chybovosti při zpracování požadavků. Změnu jsme vrátili zpět a provoz byl obnoven do předchozí stabilní konfigurace.
Situaci nadále monitorujeme a následně doplníme detailnější vyhodnocení příčiny i přijatých preventivních opatření.
