GLS Multi-parcel Shipments Temporarily Unavailable in Shoptet Balíky | Vícekusé zásilky GLS jsou v Shoptet Balíky dočasně nedostupné

Resolved - The issue affecting GLS shipments in Shoptet Balíky has been resolved.
GLS multi-parcel shipments are now available for domestic shipments within the Czech Republic. Cash on delivery is currently not available for multi-parcel shipments.
For international shipments, multi-parcel functionality remains unavailable. Single-parcel shipments continue to work as usual, including cash on delivery for supported countries.

Problém ovlivňující zásilky GLS v Shoptet Balících byl vyřešen.
Vícekusé zásilky GLS jsou nyní opět dostupné pro vnitrostátní zásilky v rámci České republiky. Dobírka u vícekusých zásilek aktuálně není dostupná.
U zahraničních zásilek zůstává možnost vícekusých zásilek nedostupná. Jednokusé zásilky fungují standardně, včetně dobírky pro podporované země.

Update - We have applied a fix to the majority of the affected e-shops, which are now working normally again. The issue is currently limited to individual e-shops, where some functions may still be temporarily unavailable. The remaining parts of the Shoptet Platform are operating without limitations. U většiny dotčených e-shopů už oprava proběhla a fungují bez omezení. Aktuálně se potíže týkají jen jednotlivých e-shopů, u kterých mohou být některé funkce dočasně nedostupné. Ostatní části Shoptet Platformy fungují normálně. Jakmile budeme vědět víc, přineseme vám další informace.

Identified - We have identified an issue affecting shipment tracking for clients using DPD SK. Shipment delivery and label printing remain unaffected, while tracking information may be temporarily unavailable for some shipments.
Some clients may receive an email containing MetaAPI access credentials. Please keep this email and the credentials for possible further use.
We are actively working with our partners to restore full tracking functionality. We will provide another update tomorrow.

Identifikovali jsme problém ovlivňující sledování zásilek u klientů využívajících DPD SK. Doručování zásilek ani tisk štítků nejsou ovlivněny, informace o sledování však mohou být u některých zásilek dočasně nedostupné.
