Degraded performance of the platform | Omezený výkon platformy

Resolved - The issue has been resolved. The platform returned to normal at 12:43 and has remained stable since then. The incident was caused by an infrastructure change in the load-balancing layer, which led to an increased error rate when processing requests. The change has been reverted and traffic has been restored to the previous stable configuration.
We are continuing to monitor the platform and will follow up with a more detailed analysis of the root cause and preventive measures.

Problém se podařilo vyřešit. Platforma se ve 12:43 vrátila do normálního provozu a od té doby zůstává stabilní. Incident byl způsoben infrastrukturní změnou v load-balancing vrstvě, která vedla ke zvýšené chybovosti při zpracování požadavků. Změnu jsme vrátili zpět a provoz byl obnoven do předchozí stabilní konfigurace.
Situaci nadále monitorujeme a následně doplníme detailnější vyhodnocení příčiny i přijatých preventivních opatření.
