Resolved - Identifikovali a vyřešili jsme problém, který ovlivňoval část požadavků v administraci e-shopů. Dopad se mohl projevit například při stahování faktur k tarifům a při vytváření nových trial eshopů. Momentálně jsou tyto služby plně funkční.

We identified and resolved an issue affecting some requests in the e-shop administration. The impact may have been visible, for example, when downloading tariff invoices and when creating new trial e-shops. These services are now fully operational.

Problém se nám již podařilo vyřešit a všechny e-shopy by nyní měly být opět plně dostupné. Příčinu jsme identifikovali v našem releasovacím procesu. Situaci nyní zpětně analyzujeme a provedeme potřebné úpravy, abychom podobným chybám do budoucna předešli.

V noci z pondělí 6. dubna 2026 na úterý 7. dubna 2026, od 23:00 do 01:00, proběhne plánovaná údržba platformy se zaměřením na databázi, kdy může platforma být v degradovaném stavu a může docházet k ojedinělým chybám při načítání stránek nebo zpomalení. Plánujeme tuto údržbu provést co nejrychleji, aby k omezení provozu došlo v co nejkratším časovém úseku.
