On 21 October, between approximately 04:00 and 11:30, issues affected shipment creation across all carriers in Shoptet Balíky. The issues occurred in connection with ongoing infrastructure changes. The service has since been restored, and shipment creation is now functioning normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Dne 21. 10. přibližně od 04:00 do 11:30 docházelo k problémům s vytvářením zásilek v rámci služby Shoptet Balíky, které se týkaly všech dopravců. Potíže vznikly v souvislosti s prováděnými infrastrukturními změnami. Funkčnost služby již byla obnovena a vytváření zásilek nyní probíhá standardně. Za způsobené komplikace se omlouváme.
